Ex-AEW Star Makes Impact Debut

A former AEW star has made their Impact Wrestling debut.

Last week, the Dark Order’s Alan Angels would confirm his All Elite exit, with his contract expiring on July 30th. In a statement made to Twitter, Angels would say that he feels his wrestling career has only just begun, and he hasn’t waited around before getting back on the grind.

During the latest Impact Wrestling TV tapings this week in Atlanta, Georgia, the Dark Order’s number 5 would make a surprise appearance to accept an open challenge from X-Divison Champion ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailley, with the title on the line.

We’ll keep the result spoiler free for those that want to check the match out, although it’s currently unknown what date the match will air. The tapings are said to have covered two weeks’ worth of television, so we can expect the broadcast either this Thursday or next Thursday.

What else is unknown is if he has been signed to a contract with Impact or was there for a one-off appearance with him being a Georgia native.

Either way, many fans feel Angels is a perfect fit for Impact’s X-Division with him potentially finding an ideal spot to showcase his skills and he continues to build his name.
