Ronda Rousey Names Her WrestleMania Opponent

Last week, Ronda Rousey would make her WWE return in the Women’s Royal Rumble match, eventually coming out as the winner.

This of course means Rousey can choose to challenge for the RAW Women’s or the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38, and she’s now made her mind up.

On last night’s episode of SmackDown, Ronda would reveal that she plans to take on Charlotte Flair for the WWE SmackDown Women’s title. This will be a semi-rematch of the first female WrestleMania main event, which saw both women lose to Becky Lynch in a triple-threat match at WrestleMania 35.

This opens the question as to what’s next for RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch heading into WrestleMania, with reports suggesting that she will be taking on Bianca Belair at the show.

Before she gets there, however, Lynch has to get through Lita, who she will defend against at the Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia later this month.
