The Briscoes Send Message To AEW Stars

This week, tag-team brothers The Briscoes would appear on Busted Open Radio, where they talked about their onging rivalry with AEW tag-team FTR.

At December’s Final Battle event, the new ROH World Tag Champions would be confronted by the AEW duo, sparking a brawl between the two teams. Since then, they have gone back on forth over social media, but there have been no physical altercations.

During the Busted Open Radio appearance, Mark Briscoe could call for AEW President Tony Khan to sanction a fight whilst diminishing FTR by stating they need to get permission. Mark would say:

“If they can get their permission slips signed, they know where to find us. When that went down at Final Battle, we haven’t heard from them since, that’s the B.S. right there. Tony Khan, listen to me, ‘either sh*t or get off the pot.’ You ever heard that saying? Sh*t or get off the pot.”

Mark would add that The Briscoes were simply trying to have a moment with the Ring of Honor fans before they were interrupted at Final Battle, the last ROH show before the companies hiatus. He would add:

“That’s the whole thing, man. So the last Ring Of Honor show, we go out there and blow the freaking roof off the place, man. Then everybody wants to clap for us. We got the family there, we brought a freaking bus up there with 50 people on there, we try to say thank you to everybody, and here they come. Now what? Now they come, well let’s do something, man! This is some B.S, what are ya’ll trying to do to us? It’s almost like they’re trying to sabotage us, man, and that’s some B.S.”

It’s now been 2 months since the two teams collided in the ring, with no official match booked as of yet. It’s not known if the eventual match will take place in All Elite Wrestling, or perhaps once in Ring of Honor once the promotion returns in April for Supercard of Honor 15.
